Before business, I was an athlete.

I played competitive soccer for eight years and during High School, I earned varsity placement all four years, and was awarded Offensive MVP my senior year.

That experience shaped how I think:

You don’t argue with the scoreboard

You don’t win on effort alone

You improve by measuring what matters

At the time, I didn’t fully appreciate statistics—I just played the game.

In business, I learned the hard lesson early:
If you don’t track performance, you’re guessing.

That lesson stuck.

Operator Mentality

I earned my B.A. in International Business from UC San Diego, where I learned how markets, systems, and incentives actually work—not just in theory, but in practice.

But education didn’t make me an operator.
Execution did.

For over 10 years, I’ve worked inside real businesses—helping founders:
